This Free wheel Disc break kit is for a FRONT free wheel hub. They're a quality, mid-level disc brake setup that should be a good replacement for your old setup or costume, or if you want to ditch your rims brakes and give disc brakes a try. Mechanical disc brakes means they are cable actuated, NOT hydraulic actuated.
