How does the Repair Service work?
With a Repair Service order, you send your unit to us. We fix it and send the same one back to you. Shipping both ways is included in the domestic shipping rates, so we will send you a prepaid shipping label by email after you make your payment.
After I purchase the Repair Service, how long does the whole process take?
Repairs usually take no more then 3-5 business days once they've been received here at our workshop. Shipping can take 3-5 days each way by USPS Flat Standard Priority Service depending on where you are shipping from.
How do you get the shipping label to me?
We use your Payment details (email and shipping address) when creating your incoming label. Please specify your preferred email address when making your payment and allow 24 - 48 hours to receive your shipping label (excluding weekends).
We will send your label to the email address and shipping address provided on the receipt.
How do I package the unit?
As the motors contain delicate parts and can be damaged in shipping, you will need to pack it well. We recommend removing and unnecessary part not needed for the work done on your engine any use a medium flat rate box that is free at your local post office, wrap the unit in a layer of bubble wrap and fill in the extra spaces with packing peanuts or paper. Include your contact details (a completed Repair)
